We enjoy working with our customers to give them the service they need, both in terms of meeting their obligations and convenience. For example, we are happy to work outside of normal business hours in order to minimise disruption to staff and customers caused by appliance testing. We believe in being up front about how we do business, and unlike many other companies we don't charge extra for things like rewiring plugs and changing fuses, and on all but the smallest of jobs we don't charge mileage.
